Welcome to the blog post for Alleyne Academics! Please come and join us. I am Dr. D Chris Alleyne and is the main author of this blog. I plan to introduce topics related to statistics and quantitative methodology research. Some topics include SPSS, help with statistics, correlational research design, quasi-experimental design, true experimental design, and much more. This is not a tutoring session and so this blog is unlikely going to provide you with answers to specific course work assignment or answers to specific research projects. Those services provided by qualified professional tutors or coaches will address specific needs. Additionally, this blog post will help quantitative researchers and dissertation researchers to understand key provisions when defining dissertation topics. Understand what to expect from a dissertation committee, how to organize chapters, or how to get help with writing a quantitative dissertation, and so on. Please feel free to add to the conversation and to respond to other people’s questions or concerns about quantitative research, SPSS, statistics, and writing APA results, and so on.
The purpose of this blog post is twofold. One purpose is to increase attention to aspects of social science from a quantitative research perspective that give readers an opportunity to interact on a peer level. The other is to provide informative and instructional knowledge to help the graduate students and industry professionals understand the power of quantitative research. The goal is to help reduce some fears about using statistics in research in a friendly environment. By doing so, more people may find engaging in quantitative research easier.
