Who We Are

About Alleyne Academics

Alleyne Academics is a premier academic coaching and research support firm specializing in dissertation coaching, doctoral support, and academic consulting. The firm provides methodologically rigorous, ethics-aligned, and outcomes-focused guidance to doctoral candidates, graduate students, scholars, and professionals across a wide range of disciplines. Services are designed to support scholarly clarity, methodological precision, and academic integrity at each stage of the research and writing process.

Founded and led by Dr. D. Chris Alleyne, Alleyne Academics integrates advanced academic training, applied professional expertise, and individualized coaching to guide clients from early idea development through proposal approval, data analysis, manuscript refinement, and dissertation defense. The firm emphasizes evidence-based research design, alignment with institutional and accreditation standards, and adherence to recognized scholarly conventions, including APA style and doctoral-level methodological expectations.

Alleyne Academics is distinguished by its commitment to personalized academic consulting rather than generic editing or transactional support. Each engagement is tailored to the client’s research context, disciplinary norms, and institutional requirements, ensuring that scholarly work reflects both intellectual rigor and authentic authorial voice. Through structured coaching, strategic feedback, and sustained mentorship, the firm supports clients in developing research competence, academic confidence, and long-term scholarly independence.

Our mission is simple

The mission of Alleyne Academics is to provide rigorous, ethical, and individualized dissertation coaching and academic consulting that supports scholarly excellence, methodological integrity, and successful degree completion. The firm is committed to advancing research competence, critical thinking, and academic self-efficacy among doctoral candidates, graduate students, and scholarly professionals.

Our Story

Alleyne Academics was created to fill a gap in higher education: students often have intelligence and passion, but lack the mentorship, structure, and emotional support required to finish major academic milestones—especially dissertations.

After building and selling a successful business, earning an MBA in Technology Management, and completing a Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems, Dr. Alleyne recognized a pattern among students:

They weren’t failing because they lacked skill.

They were struggling because they lacked guidance, organization, confidence, and clarity.

Alleyne Academics was built to solve that problem—helping scholars develop strong research skills, build momentum, and overcome barriers with personalized, high-touch coaching.
